Specifically, FirstCare's comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities to enroll in health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, and additional coverage options.  We pay a generous amount of the health care premiums for you and your eligible dependents and provide life insurance and short and long term disability insurance.  Additionally, we provide all full-time employees with paid-time-off (PTO), company-paid volunteer days, personal holidays and eight paid holidays per year.  You also have the option of enrolling in our 401K plan with FirstCare matching your contributions on a dollar-for-dollar basis up to 5% of your salary.

For student employees, we provide up to $1000 per semester per year with a maximum of three semesters to assist with the cost of tuition and books for eligible job related courses/classes.
