Advantage Elite - new in 2008!
FirstCare's answer to the high price of Medicare Supplement (or "Medigap" policies). Finally, you can get all your coverage in one place, including Medicare Part D prescription drugs. FirstCare Advantage Elite has comprehensive benefits with minimal cost-sharing to you. Also included in the FirstCare Advantage Elite is access to the Covenant Lifestyle Center.
Advantage Platinum
FirstCare Advantage Platinum has the same great benefits as FirstCare Advantage Elite, however, the premiums are lower with similar cost sharing to you. Also included in the FirstCare Advantage Platinum is coverage for Medicare Part D prescription drugs, and access to the Covenant Lifestyle Center.
Advantage Gold-with new, lower monthly premiums!
That's right. FirstCare lowered the monthly premiums for this plan in 2008 to make it more affordable than ever. With Advantage Gold, you get all the benefits available under Original Medicare and more, plus Medicare Part D prescription drugs.
Advantage Silver-with new, lower monthly premiums!
The same great benefits as Advantage Gold, without the Part D drugs. This plan is designed for people who don't need or want drug coverage but still want to take advantage of all the benefits of FirstCare Advantage.
Advantage Select-for individuals with Medicaid coverage.
This plan is designed to meet the special needs of those who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid and live in the Lubbock region. You must be eligible for both in order to enroll in Advantage Select. Enrollment for the Select plan Is available anytime of the year.
