The Texas Midwest Chamber Cooperative (TMCC), an innovative collaboration with Chambers of Commerce in the Texas Midwest Community Network and FirstCare Health Plans, offers local businesses of the Midwest Service Area the opportunity to both join a quality organization such as the Texas Midwest Chamber Cooperative and to purchase affordable insurance that may previously have been outside their ability to obtain.

The Health Care Benefit Plans

Developed and administered by FirstCare, the Cooperative offers two plan options available exclusively to TMCC members.

How To Participate

Employers who are members of local Chambers of Commerce and/or Business Associations can apply for membership to the Texas Midwest Chamber Cooperative. Visit the TMCC home page for more information on joining the cooperative, registration forms, and instructions on aquiring a quote for your business. You must also reside within the service-area of the health plan.
