As a TRS-ActiveCare participant, you have the option of selecting FirstCare. We are proud to be a locally-owned Health Maintenance Organization, currently serving the healthcare needs of over 130,000 Texans. With FirstCare, there are no health questions asked, and no proof of insurability required.

For your convenience, there are two enrollment periods. The Spring enrollment begins on April 14th and runs through May 16th. The Summer enrollment begins on August 1st and runs through August 31st.
