FirstCare Advantage (HMO)
Welcome to the FirstCare Medicare Advantage (HMO) home page.
The rising costs of health care and prescription drugs are sending medical expenses higher and higher. FirstCare Advantage (HMO) was created for the needs of West Texans. In partnership with Medicare, our plans are designed to offer affordable, flexible and simple plans to understand and use. We provide emergency coverage anywhere in the US and access to a large network of doctors and hospitals providing the best care available.
The links in the left-hand navigation will lead you to valuable information about our plan, including formularies, provider/pharmacy directories, frequently asked questions, and enrollment instructions.
If you click on any link or tab at the top or bottom of the page, you will leave FirstCare’s Medicare website. Clicking on any external links such as www.Medicare.gov
will navigate you away from FirstCare’s Medicare website altogether. Before you go to the external site, a warning box will appear to make sure you want to leave. Please click ‘OK’ to continue to the new page or click ‘Cancel’ to stay on the page you are on.
You qualify to become a FirstCare Advantage (HMO) member if:
