Finding a Provider Number

When viewing provider information in our directory, the nine digit number in the last line of the provider listing is the provider number.

Choosing a PCP

Your primary care physician (PCP) will be the one you call when you need medical advice, when you are sick, and when you need preventive care such as immunizations or physicals. Each Member may select his or her own PCP from the FirstCare Provider Directory. A PCP is defined as a family or general practitioner, internist, or pediatrician.
