1. You must enter your Broker/Agent ID exactly as you see it on the letter sent to you.

2. Note that the password must be 6 to 10 alpha/numeric characters and it is not case sensitive.

3. Click "Submit" to send the registration to FirstCare/SWL&H.

4. Please allow 2 business days for processing.

FirstCare will e-mail you within two business days to confirm your user name and password. Once you have received the confirmation, you can use the features indicated by the confirmation.
