Choosing a PCP
Your Primary Care Physician (PCP) will be the one you call when you need medical advice, when you are sick, and when you need preventive care such as immunizations or physicals. Each Member may select his or her own PCP from the FirstCare Provider Directory. A PCP is defined as a family or general practitioner, internist, or pediatrician.
If you desire to change your PCP, please call Customer Service at (800) 884-4901 or visit the Member Portal by clicking on the "Members" link above.
