​Provider Enrollment Revalidation Due Dates Extended in Response to COVID-19 Emergency

In response to the current COVID-19 public health emergency, provider revalidation due dates will be extended 30 calendar days to prevent provider disenrollment. Providers can view the revalidation status on the Provider Information Management System (PIMS). For more information click here.
